About Andrew Chee
Andrew was admitted to legal practice in 2005.
Having cultivated a love for assisting clients at the coalface in litigation, he went to the Bar and practiced as a barrister for over a decade.
Now as the principal solicitor of St. Clair & Associates, Andrew is able to offer clients holistic legal services that apply the skill and insights of a seasoned litigator to the general contractual and governance requirements of his clients who wish to minimise the prospect of disputes in the first place or place themselves in the best position should a dispute arise.
Having acted extensively for small business clients, Andrew understands how small business operates and is able to provide his clients with cost-effective advice and solutions whenever questions arise.
Andrew keenly appreciates the important of running matters and providing legal advice with an eye to proportionality in costs.

One of Andrew’s areas of specialisation is acting for recruitment agencies in relation to fee disputes and the preparation of their standard contracts. Andrew has worked consistently and intensively in the area of recruitment since 2007 and understands the operation of recruitment agencies, industry-specific jargon, the practical realities of recruitment practice and the sorts of legal issues recruitment agencies generally face.
